ESOS Compliance & Policies
The Australian government wishes for international students to study in Australia in a secure, fun, and fulfilling environment. Australia’s laws support high standards in education and provide foreign students with consumer protection. The Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act of 2000 and the National Code of 2018 are two of the statutes that make up the ESOS system.
The ESOS Act of 2000 and The National Code of 2018 are included into the legislative framework. The Act aims to safeguard overseas students and provide a high standard of instruction. The Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) requires that education providers and the courses they provide to overseas students be registered there. We ensure our courses are in compliance with these standards.
